The 办公室 of 残疾支援服务 (DSS) works with faculty 和工作人员 to ensure that students are given an equal opportunity to learn in the classroom. 全球网络赌博平台的使命 is to remove barriers for students in pursuit of excellence in education and service.


The DSS Access Coordinator works to support students connected to the DSS office through oversight of the testing center, case management, record maintenance, creating reports, 处理学生的注册/续签过程. 最重要的是DSS team serves as advocates for our students, often acting as a liaison with faculty 和工作人员.

  • Establish eligibility for services and determine reasonable and effective academic accommodations for students with temporary or permanent disabilities;
  • Coordinate the implementation of accommodations, assistive technology, or auxiliary aids and services, such as but not limited to, classroom or building access, sign language interpreting/speech-to-text services, and temporary parking needs;
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the DSS database and other data management 系统;
  • Maintain the DSS website ensuring accurate sharing of information;
  • Provide support and management for the DSS 研究生 Assistant, including hiring and 新员工培训;
  • Work alongside the Director of DSS to continue growing awareness of student needs through creating systems, educational opportunities, and promoting the work of DSS.

  • Cultivate a culture of trust with the DSS office for both students and the DSS team through attention to detail and quickly meeting student needs;
  • Coach students through the accommodation renewal processes;

  • Oversee the staffing, scheduling, and organization of the Testing Center;

  • 2-3 years of professional experience working in higher education or an educational 机构;
